Overview
In a design challenge presented by Microsoft, we were given the task of coming up with a solution for an exclusion in a deskless workspace. We ultimately decided on working those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and designed an app that focused on the hiring the process and on maintaining employment. Screenshots from the prototype are shown below.
In the group of six, my main responsibility was to design and the accompanying book. My secondary roles were to be heavily involved in the ideation process and to do user testing. Since my part depended on everyone else finishing their parts, I also assisted as needs be.

2020- I knew there was still a lot of work to be done when I first finished the book in 2018. While I can’t work on the design of the app, there was plenty of room for visual improvements in the book
